How To Request Account Deletion

Use this form to submit your request directly to N.Honest Supermarket. We may contact you to verify account ownership before deletion.

You can also email info@honestsupermarket.com with the subject line Account Deletion Request.

What Data Will Be Deleted

After verification, we will delete or anonymize personal account information where possible, including:

  • Customer profile details such as name, email address, phone number, and profile picture.
  • Saved delivery addresses.
  • Login credentials and linked Google account identifier.
  • Wishlist or app preference data associated with the account, where stored by us.

What Data May Be Kept

Some information may be retained when necessary for legitimate business, legal, tax, accounting, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or order support purposes. This may include:

  • Past order records, invoices, payment references, and delivery records.
  • Customer support communications related to orders or disputes.
  • Security logs needed to protect our services.

Retained records are kept only for as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by applicable law.

Deletion Timeframe

We aim to process verified deletion requests within 30 days. If more time is needed because of legal, security, or operational requirements, we will inform you where possible.

Partial Data Deletion Requests
