3. Google Sign-In

If you choose Google Sign-In, Google may share your name, email address, profile picture, and Google account identifier with us. We use this information only to create or access your N.Honest Supermarket customer account.

  • Create and manage customer accounts.
  • Process orders, delivery, invoices, and customer support requests.
  • Send order confirmations, delivery updates, and account messages.
  • Improve our website, mobile app, product catalog, and service quality.

5. Payments

We may show payment instructions, including MTN MoMo merchant details. We do not intentionally store full sensitive payment credentials in the mobile app. Payment confirmations may be checked for order processing and support.

We may share information with trusted service providers only when needed to operate our services, such as hosting providers, email delivery providers, delivery/support teams, analytics or crash reporting tools, and legal authorities when required by law.

8. Data Retention

We keep customer and order information for as long as needed to provide services, support customers, meet business record requirements, resolve disputes, and comply with legal obligations.

You may contact us to request access, correction, or deletion of your personal information, subject to legal and operational requirements. You may also stop using the app or website at any time.

Our services are intended for general supermarket customers and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
